Google rolls out Gmail Priority Inbox

Do you have trouble managing your email? If you’re like me, you get a lot of email, and getting control of it can be pretty time-consuming.

If this sounds familiar, you might want to check out Gmail’s newest feature: Priority Inbox. It’s going to be rolled out to users gradually – and you may already have it. Check for an alert in the top right hand corner of your Gmail window, or look for the tab in your settings.

I’ve been using Gmail since it’s early days of beta, and I love most of the features they come up with. Still, I’m a little hesitant to relenquish control over my email management. I’m looking forward to giving this a try and see how effective it really is. It has the potential to be a really useful tool.

Do you think you’ll try it? Have you tried it already? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Launched in early 2009, Google Wave definitely took some getting used to. I guess you could describe it as sort of like instant messaging, Twitter, and email all rolled into [...]

Let’s talk for a minute about to do lists. The other day I was talking to Charlie Gilkey about my ridiculously long to-do list, and how I was freaking out about it. My list is made up of client projects, home projects, errands I have to run, phone calls to make, wish list things like [...]
